Extrusion Production Line

The extrusion workshop features 8 advanced production lines (700T, 1100T, 1500T) introduced from Taiwan and domestic top brands, with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. Most machines are equipped with domestic high-end double pullers, alongside advanced discharge and cooling tables with high-temperature felt. It is equipped with air, mist, and water quenching systems to meet mechanical performance requirements for various states. We produce profiles up to 300mm wide, including alloy grades such as 6063, 6060, 6005, 6061, 6082, and 7003.
